CONGRATULATIONS to Our Blue Ribbon Schools!!

This year we are proud to announce the following Archdiocese of Philadelphia Elementary Schools that have received national recognition for receiving the National Blue Ribbon Schools Award:

St. Andrew School – Newtown PA

St. Mary Catholic School – Schwenksville PA

St. Norbert School – Paoli PA

St. Ignatious of Antioch – Yardley PA

The U.S. Secretary of Education recognizes National Blue Ribbon Schools based on their overall academic excellence, or for making progress in improving student academic achievement levels. Created in 1982, the National Blue Ribbon Schools award honors public and private elementary, middle, and high schools where students perform at very high levels or where significant improvements are being made in students’ levels of achievement.
