• Pre-code files will be downloaded from Option C information.
• Please make sure all information, including student Terra Nova ID, is checked and updated by December 15.  This is especially important for all new students.
• Accommodations will be coded on the pre-code file based on forms that are due on November 24.

    This contains a sample of a completed Pre-Code Spreadsheet and directions on how to complete the spreadsheet.  
  • Pre-Code Spreadsheet
    This is the spreadsheet that should filled by each school, not using Option C, and returned to Sister Edward Quinn.  Note:  The Pre-Code Spreadsheet is an Excel file.  Please do not change the formatting.  Please return it as an Excel file – not as a Google sheet.
  • Testing Materials Order Form
    If you have materials on hand from last year and do not need to order more you will still need to complete the number of students who will be tested in the top section of the form.
