The elementary, secondary and special education schools of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia support our new teachers with a solid Induction Program developed through the Office of Catholic Education, approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Education, and carried out within the local school setting. Our core focus is to form the total person in the light of the teaching of the Master Teacher, Jesus Christ.
All first-year teachers, and those teaching for the first time in an Archdiocesan secondary school, parish or regional elementary school or Archdiocesan School or Program of Special Education, are required to participate in the Induction Program.
