Professional Goal

Bonnie is excited to find ways to offer a Catholic education to all students in the five-county area. By working with principals and advancement directors in each school, Bonnie shares strategies for making goal-oriented enrollment decisions. She works with principals to foster student success while promoting growth of the student body. Bonnie helps with implementing marketing campaigns, creating a positive school culture and developing financial aid programs for new families and retention of current families.

Experience and Skills

• 25+ years’ experience in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.
• Spent nine years in Administration working as a Principal and Assistant Principal. Bonnie really enjoys working to create a positive school culture in her schools.
• Bonnie had great success growing enrollment as a principal at Saint Aloysius School.
• Continually exceeded enrollment goals as the Director of Admissions at Pope John Paul II High School.
• Experience in creating comprehensive enrollment management plans.
